Interview and Assessment

When your main goal is to appoint the best person for the job, we believe it is essential to conduct a rigorous interview and assessment process. All short-listed candidates are thoroughly screened to reliably profile their professional skill set and the personal attributes necessary to determine how well they will fit your position, your organizational structure and your campus culture.

Background and Reference Checks

​

As a mandatory part of the process, exhaustive reference checks are conducted. These checks are designed to identify reasons why a candidate should be eliminated from consideration, rather than to provide justification for giving a candidate the job.

How To Apply For A Position

​

The Kenaly Complement encourages applicants to submit application materials for executive, administrative and/or faculty positions. To apply for consideration please follow the instructions outlined below.

​

Executive Positions - Detailed letter of application (5 page limit), current résumé, names, titles, business and home phone numbers, and email addresses of eight references consisting of supervisors, direct reports (including one support staff member), colleagues and faculty members, and student leaders (at least one from each group).

​

Administrative Positions

​

Please submit a resume, cover letter and the names and telephone numbers of five professional references.

​

Faculty Positions

​

Please submit a current curriculum vitae, a transcript of all undergraduate and graduate work, a statement of teaching philosophy and research interest, documentation of teaching ability, and the names and telephone numbers of three professional references.

Available Positions

​

The Kenaly Complement is accepting application materials for the following temporary and permanent positions:

​

Permanent Director of Financial Aid positions available nationwide. Desirable candidates will have a minimum of 10 years financial aid experience at the managerial level, a Bachelors Degree and demonstrated success in financial aid. Application procedures are shown below.

Temporary Financial Aid Consultant positions available. Desirable candidates will have a minimum of 5 years financial aid experience and be willing to travel to campuses across the country. Application procedures are shown below.
